These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sharadkhare.in (the “Site”) operated by Sharad Khare. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookies notice, and Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference.

- Open-source products (for example Samaya, MuktiOS, Yajna AI) are also distributed under their repository licenses (commonly MIT). Those licenses govern source code use; this Site’s presentation and marketing assets remain protected unless stated otherwise.
- Free book PDF is provided for personal reading and citation with attribution; redistribution for commercial resale without permission is not allowed unless the book page states otherwise.
- Trademarks — product names and logos are used to identify offerings and do not imply endorsement by third parties.
Products & third-party services
The Site describes and links to software products, demos, and external platforms. Separate terms may apply when you:
- Download and run desktop or mobile apps
- Visit hosted subdomains (for example Yonah or PayStrate demos)
- Use GitHub, LinkedIn, or other third-party sites linked from here
- Enter an enterprise engagement with Nakshatra InnoTech
We may update, discontinue, or change product availability without prior notice. Pre-release or demo software may contain defects.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharad Khare and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the Site or linked products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability for claims relating to the Site in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) INR 5,000 or (b) amounts you paid directly to Sharad Khare for Site-related services in that period (typically zero for free public pages).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sharad Khare from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through content or actions you initiate.
Changes & termination
We may modify these Terms or suspend the Site at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may restrict access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms.
Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction where applicable.
