5. SAMAYA AI (research preview)
SAMAYA AI is offered as a research preview. It may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent responses. Features, prompts, and interpretations may change without notice as the product evolves.
Do not rely on SAMAYA AI for emergency, safety-critical, or high-stakes decisions. Verify important information independently. If you save client profiles in your browser, you are responsible for accuracy of inputs and for clearing data on shared devices.
6. Samaya software
Downloadable Samaya applications described on our Samaya platform page are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Software may contain defects, depend on device configuration, and require your own backup and security practices.
Chart calculations, panchang displays, and related outputs depend on algorithms, settings, and data entry. You are responsible for confirming accuracy where precision matters.
7. Book and published materials
