By using Vedic Kundli you agree to these terms and to the disclaimer and privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or install the app.
The service
Vedic Kundli provides educational Vedic (Jyotisha) calculations: sidereal Lahiri charts, dashas, panchang, muhurta screening, matching scores, calculators, and related timing tools. Results are generated from the data you submit. The service is provided free of charge, as-is, without a paid consultation unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Your responsibilities
- Provide data you are entitled to use. Do not submit someone else’s birth details without a proper purpose.
- Do not misuse the site (automated abuse, attempts to disrupt hosting, or scraping that harms the service).
- Do not present Vedic Kundli output as medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Intellectual property
The Vedic Kundli name, mark, layout, and original copy are owned by the publisher. You may save or print your own chart image and calendar files for personal use. You may not copy the site as a competing product, remove branding from downloaded charts in a way that misrepresents authorship, or reuse the mark without permission.
Installable app
Installing Vedic Kundli adds a home-screen or desktop shortcut that uses the Vedic Kundli logo and the name “Vedic Kundli”. It is a Progressive Web App in your browser, not an app-store listing unless we publish one later. Uninstall it from the browser or operating system at any time.
Accuracy and availability
Astronomy and calendar math can differ from a given panchang or astrologer’s ayanamsa settings. Eclipse and some sky times are educational approximations. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free output. Hosting, fonts, or third-party lookups may fail.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Sharad Khare and Nakshatra Innotech Pvt Ltd are not liable for decisions you make from Vedic Kundli results, for lost data on your device, or for indirect or consequential loss. The tools are informational.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
